Cross Canada Hockey is a private hockey association based in Red Deer, Alberta. We offer multiple leagues for all ages and skill levels in Ice Hockey, ODR, outdoor and Indoor Ball Hockey.

Registration Divisions Schedule

Want to play competitively, in a fun beer league or just a night of drop in hockey? Choose between Cross Canada Men’s Hockey League (C.C.M.H.L) and Cross Canada Hockey Drop-In Games. The C.C.M.H.L. currently has two divisions (DIV-1 and DIV-2).

Div-1 is a very competitive men’s league which is fast paced for players fresh out of junior/college hockey and those who are still trying to make it to the show! Div-1 team’s play 1-2 games per week in Red Deer, Blackfalds, Lacombe, Sylvan Lake, and Penhold.

Div-2 is a less competitive league which is more relaxed and lots of fun…This league is for your average beer league player who has kids, has to work in the morning and doesn’t take hockey too seriously! Lastly, if you’re working away/can’t commit to a team or haven’t played in a while and want to dust off the blades. You should come out and try Cross Canada Hockey’s Adult Drop-In games which are open to all skill levels.

ODR HOCKEY (COMING SOON)

Cross Canada Hockey was founded in the freezing cold winter of 2021 with a group of hockey buddies on the Outdoor Rinks (ODR) right here in Red Deer Alberta! Covid-19 shut down the rinks so we played all winter outdoors and founded the Cross Canada Outdoor Hockey League (C.C.O.H.L.). The C.C.O.H.L. is a fun league played from December until March on the outdoor rinks throughout Red Deer.

indoor ball hockey (COMING SOON)

Ever played road hockey as a kid? Come check out the Cross Canada Ball Hockey League (C.C.B.H.L.). The C.C.B.H.L. offer multiple leagues for all ages and skill levels. Ball hockey is a fast-paced sport played on foot, indoors on a court style surface (on the ice rink surface after they take the ice out). Ball hockey is an affordable alternative for families that anyone can play. It’s also easy to learn and is a great way to meet new friends. All you need is your helmet, stick, gloves, shin pads and a passion for the game!

Cross Canada Hockey’s main objective is to bring back play across Canada, our hockey association is founded on the belief of providing everyone the chance regardless of skill level or age to be apart of a team.
